You want your legs to look their best when you wear heels, skirts, dresses, and shorts. When you tone your calves, your legs develop a sexier shape and overall look. When you only focus on the thighs you miss out on having the perfect sexy legs. This post will give you a simple exercise you can do every day that will tone your calves in no time.

How to exercise calves:

1. Place your feet on the edge of a step (With your heels hanging off of the step)

2. Place your hand on a wall or something that will help you remain balanced

3. Stand straight up with your stomach sucked in

4. Raise your heels until you are on the tip of your toes

5. Hold this position for a few seconds

6. Slowly go back into starting position and then start all over again

This exact calf exercise can be done on a flat surface as well. Doing it on the stairs just increases your results. Do this exercise along with exercises that target other parts of your legs.
