Lately, a lot of people have been looking for exercises they can do in the comfort of their own home. Some people don’t want to go out and buy equipment, and they want to know if they can use anything they already have. The answer is, yes you can!
There are many items you already have in your home that can be used to assist you in your workout. One of those tools is a chair. Here are some exercises you can do using a chair.
Chair Exercises you can do at home:
Chair exercise 1:
Put pillows on the back of your chair
Then sit in the middle of the chair with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent
Lean on the pillows in a reclining position while keeping your shoulders and back straight
Lift your upper body forward until you are in an upright position
Then slowly stand up
Slowly sit back down and do the exercise over
*Make sure you use your hands as little as possible throughout the exercise*
Chair exercise 2:
Start out by sitting on the edge of your chair
Sit with your feet flat and your knees bent
Hold on to the sides of your chair and lean back slightly
Bring your knees forward to your chest and crunch your body forward using your abs
Then lower your feet to where they almost touch the floor
Then start over
