I’m not sure about you, but I love wearing shorts, skirts, and dresses. Not just in the summer time either. This was one of the reasons I got a gym membership. One really cool thing about indoor gyms is you can wear shorts all year around and not look like a fool. When I look down at my legs and I feel they don’t look good, it’s time for me to put on some pants. There are some occasions where I have to wear skirts or dresses even if they aren’t up to par (like church). So why not be prepared at a moment’s notice to do so? Here are some things that can help you always be prepared to show off those sexy legs.

Simple exercises that will help you get sexy legs:

Swimming and water aerobics
Climbing stairs
Running, jogging, and walking
Jumping rope
Yoga poses – downward facing dog, mountain pose ,standing forward, yoga squat etc.
Weight training

Tips on how to keep your legs sexy:

Keep your legs moisturized- I prefer to use firming lotion for my legs, find a lotion you like and use it often.

Wear tights- Especially during your down time, it’s said to help prevent varicose veins. Nobody wants those.

Use body scrub and a loofa- this will remove any dead skin from your legs. They will be smoother, shiner, and healthier looking.

Maintain a healthy diet- I can’t stress this enough. What you eat not only affects you internally but externally as well.

Don’t shave, use Nair- I personally prefer using Nair instead of shaving. You won’t have any issues with ingrown hairs, permanent marks, or razor bumps. Not to mention the hair takes longer to grow back.

Maintain a healthy weight- By doing so you are less likely to get cellulite. Constantly going up and down in weight can also cause stretch marks. So avoid both of these things at all costs.

Use an acne body wash- this will get rid of current bumps and marks you may have on your legs.

Elevate your feet- also try not to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Winter is approaching, so now is the time to prepare your legs for summer. If you have to wear something that shows off your legs during this time, you can put on a pair of stockings to temporarily cover up any imperfections. Be proactive, don’t wait until the last minute to get the sexy legs you want. Start taking care of your legs today and soon you will have the sexy legs you’ve always wanted.
