Stepper exercise machine

This happens to be one of my favorite machines at the gym. It’s challenging and can give you an awesome workout. When I step off of this machine, even if I only used it for 5 minutes, I feel the burn in a major way!

I use the stepper mostly to help tone my legs, lift my butt, and make my butt firmer as well. Once you find out what the benefits are, this might become one of your favorite machines as well.

Benefits of using a stepper:

Burns more calories than walking on flat surfaces

Can help you build lower body strength

Increases your endurance

Great cardiovascular exercise

Helps promote healthy joints

Helps you improve your cardio fitness levels

They are easy to clean

So remember ladies this is not an easy workout to do. If you’re trying to boost your metabolism or burn a lot of calories, this isn’t one of the machines you want to focus on. This is more for toning and shaping your lower body.
