Appreciate Time

In the back of our minds we all seem to take time for granted. We “know” we’re going to stay alive for a very long time. This is why we say things like “I’ll start working out next month” or “I’m starting my diet in two weeks”. What we don’t realize is, two weeks or a month may never come. All we have is right now, this moment!

We have to start acting like it and appreciate the time we have now. There are no second chances. The things you do, not only effect what happens tomorrow, but it decides if there even is a tomorrow. Stop making excuses and putting things off! “I can’t afford to go to the gym” can you afford a free jog around the park? “it’s too cold outside to exercise” do you own a coat, or better yet, can you move the coffee table out of the living room and workout? When you truly appreciate time, excuses fly out of the window!

Focus on and appreciate the things you can do, this will help you get the most out of the time you have. Every decision you make today will determine if you will see tomorrow, we should all start acting like it! Appreciate the time you have now, do the best you can to get time in the future.
