Patience Psalm 40:1

“I waited patiently for the lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.” Psalm 40:1. Patience is a quality that most of us don’t seem to possess. We want everything to happen fast, we don’t want to wait for anything. This is why many of us experience problems health wise. By being patient and doing things the right way, we not only get the results we are looking for, but they last longer.

Some women want to lose weight so much that they decide to starve themselves. Do they get the results they want fast? Of course they do. Not too long after doing so, they experience health problems. As soon as they start eating again, they put on more weight than they took off and it happens at a faster rate.

When weight loss is done right, the results last. You actually become healthier instead of becoming unhealthy by using a quick fix. It’s easier to keep the weight off because staying fit becomes a lifestyle. So take your time and have patience. Pray and read the word. Believe that the lord will answer your prayers when the time is right, all you have to do is be patient.
