This verse is very helpful to me and motivates me to keep going when I feel like giving up! You know those times when you eat right, and kill yourself at the gym only to step on the scale and see you gained a pound? Yeah those times!
When I read this verse and remember I’m not alone, and that God has the power to help me through my struggles, I keep going! It also helps when you have 20 min left on the treadmill and you want to quit.
When it feels like no one is there just remember the lord is with you every run, jog, and step of the way! Keep fighting, keep going, you can do it, the lord is with you!
