Difference Between Brown Eggs And White Eggs

Recently I heard a girl in the supermarket scolding her friend for picking up white eggs. She called her an idiot and told her she would stay fat and unhealthy if she keeps eating white eggs. To say I was shocked and disgusted is an understatement. I hate it when people scold others and make them feel horrible instead of explaining things. Why criticize someone if you’re not going to provide them with facts to back up what it is you’re saying? This caused me to wonder if other people are being told the same thing. If so, it’s time to expose the real idiots and put your mind at ease with the information I’m about to give you.

The difference between white eggs and brown eggs is *drum roll please* white eggs are produced by hens with white feathers and brown eggs are produced by hens with red feathers. There isn’t a difference as far as nutrition or taste. The reason why brown eggs happen to be more expensive than white eggs, is because typically the birds that produce them require more food, and that extra cost is added on to the price. With that being said, who is the idiot?

Word of advice, if you can’t help someone, close your mouth. If you don’t have facts to back up your statements, don’t make them! Love people, listen to their problems, find the best solutions and help them. If you can’t do that your best bet is to leave them alone! I love you all, keep your head up, stay positive, know the facts, ignore the opinions!
