I absolutely love kiwi. Although I must be honest, I haven’t had an actual kiwi in years. I had a kiwi strawberry beverage recently, but that doesn’t count, does it? Anyway, I just had to find a few reasons why I should eat kiwis again. I wanted to add another fruit to my grocery list and after doing some research, I will add kiwi to the list as soon as I find a pen.

Before you decide to put kiwis in any of your meals, make sure you are not allergic to them. Foods that are flavored with kiwi taste absolutely delicious. Try adding some kiwi to your oatmeal, cereal, or salad. You can even eat them as a snack. The only problem is they are so small, so if you want to snack, I suggest adding kiwis to a fruit salad.
