Strawberries are very tasty, even though I haven’t had any in a very long time. I remember when I use to eat them with whipped cream or covered in white chocolate. They were so good, it was sinful. This time I will eat them in a healthier way. Just finding out that one cup of strawberries is equal to around 43 calories makes me want to make them my new snack. After doing some research I realize I really need to start eating strawberries again.
