Not too long ago I remember someone saying that smoking was an appetite suppressant. So their reason for smoking cigarettes was to lose weight. This puzzled me beyond belief, yet for them it was a valid excuse. With all of the healthy appetite suppressants on the market I can’t believe cigarettes would even be an option. So my goal in this post is to show them alternative healthy appetite suppressants.

Foods High In Fiber

Now you have the tools you need to make better choices to suppress your appetite. If you truly put in the effort, cigarettes will be the last thing on your mind. Please don’t focus so hard on the small picture that you forget about the big picture. Smoking cigarettes now may keep you thin for a while, but is it worth the cost of your health in the long run?
