P.s this was the nice edited version of the facts about sugar so you can only imagine how bad sugar truly is for you. This was enough for me to think twice about adding sugar to my food. A few minutes of pleasure is not worth a lifetime of pain. If you are going to use sugar, make wise choices as far as the type of sugar you use and your intake. Try eating naturally sweet fruits and vegetables instead.

Another way to break your addiction to sugar is by going on a fast. I suggest you consult your doctor before you do. Find a safe amount of time you can fast and do so! I went on a spiritual fast a few months ago and I drank nothing but water and I didn’t eat at all. I developed a closer relationship with God and after it was all done I no longer needed, or wanted anything sweet.

I use to crave birthday cakes, yes a whole birthday cake for me and it wasn’t my birthday! After the fast I would dilute all natural cranberry juice with water. If that’s not a change I don’t know what is. I immediately felt a change in myself mentally, physically, and spiritually. Watch your sugar intake carefully, make smart choices, and stay healthy!
