Do we truly know the effects of anger? Besides the time it wastes or the pain it causes, many of us don’t know the health effects of anger. Maybe if we knew the effects of anger on the body we would think before we allowed that emotion to take control of us.
Some health problems that have been linked to anger are:
Digestion problems, such as abdominal pain
High blood pressure
Skin problems (exema, etc.)
It is said that one of the fastest and easiest cures for anger is laughter. Laughter can have many positive effects on your health. So when you feel angry think of the silliest, or funniest thing you possibly can and laugh, laugh, laugh. It will do more good for you then anger ever will!
