I Have To Have The Last Word

I use to be one of those people who had to have the last word at all costs. Sometimes if I didn’t I would go home and feel an overwhelming feeling of regret. Yet when I look back on all the times I had the last word in an argument, I realize nothing good ever comes from having the last word. So why say anything at all? Your best bet is to let your actions speak for you. I know you’ve heard many people say “actions speak louder than words” and this is the truth.

Knowing this to be a fact, it’s time to let our actions speak for us in everything we do! If you love someone don’t just tell them, show them! If someone says you can’t achieve your goals saying “yes I can” accomplishes nothing, so show them by actually accomplishing your goals! So if you have to have the last word in an argument, let it be “I apologize” and then let your actions speak louder by showing that you truly are.
