The Power Of Words

I know you’ve heard this many times before but I’ll say it again, words have power. The words you think about, and the words you speak, all manifest into what is. Knowing this to be factual it’s time to analyze your vocabulary. What words are you using constantly that can be hindering your success? For most of us, it’s the word “can’t”. This word should be deleted from your vocabulary immediately! There is truly no place for it.

There is literally nothing you can’t do. There are things you don’t want to do, don’t feel like doing, and things you absolutely refuse to do, but there is nothing you can’t do! Figure out other words you are using in your life that are pointless. Don’t just remove negative words, replace them with positive words. Expand your vocabulary with positivity.

Say what you mean, and mean what you say. For example some people hear a friend tell a funny joke and they respond by saying “girl, you’re crazy!”. This isn’t what you mean, instead say “you are funny” or “that was hilarious”. By saying what you mean and meaning what you say, the use of negative words is almost automatically removed, and what you say is received better from others.

This may take some time, but it’s worth the effort. If you can change your vocabulary, you can change your life!
